Probably ok if you are litigating a waterway project. FOR ALL OTHER NEEDS...including any thing as disconcerting as jay walking...or certainly daughter's child custody case...I recommend going somewhere else. Over the course of numerous court appearances, it became quite expected that Gwen would be defeated by opposing counsel in terms of preparation, planning, strategy, bench management, preparation of paperwork and oral argument. Good at stringing us along with repeated head-shaking and apparent surprise at continual "losses" (given that we were the party clearly in the right with overwhelming evidence), she would suggest that it would be different "next" time. Each "next" time was the same. Lack of commitment to our case, lack of preparation, total lack of emotion and spirit in delivering oral arguments...and always outworked ! We changed attorneys and won the war (including every battle henceforth)...in good, logical, strategic and sensible order . Many people suffered unnecessarily for an unnecessarily long time while we were with Gwen and this firm. Go somewhere else. ANYwhere else !!!
Luke Thomas handled my case as an utmost professional. He gave us an expected timetable and was very frank about his workload and pending cases that would come before mine. He said to rest assured he would get to my case and dedicate the necessary time to achieve the outcome we wanted but it would take time to get to it and time to do it right. That's exactly what happened and couldn't be happier with the representation he provided.

This honest approach was refreshing Other attorneys have told us they would get right on our case. Once we paid the retainer, they basically disappear and/or use up the retainer and additional payments without getting the results.
I would highly recommend Luke and his firm. While I suspect Luke is one of the smartest attorneys around, he is very normal to deal with. 5stars!!!
